iShares are exchange-traded funds managed by the giant global investment firm BlackRock. The iShares' sales team is constantly in need of highly qualified leads. (Who isn't these days?) In today's investment environment, these leads are very limited in number and very valuable to the business.

Many other criteria are tracked and managed in a similar fashion.
