Domaine Chandon is a California winery that belongs to the same
family as Moët & Chandon, the maker of Dom Pérignon. Like its
French cousin, Chandon faces a major marketing hurdle: the
perception that sparkling wine is only for special occasions.
Domaine Chandon asked us to build an online community to help
educate consumers about sparkling wine, increase sales and build
brand loyalty. We brought Club Chandon to life with original
entertaining tips, recipes, articles about wine, and targeted
e-commerce offers. The result: 50% database growth in the first
year, and an ROI of $35 for every $1 spent.
